FAQs
  • What is the role of a Bach foundation registered practitioner?

A Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner is a person who has completed the 3 levels of the Bach flower remedy professional practitioner course and all of the assessments. He / She is certified by the Bach Centre and their role is to recommend the appropriate flowers to a person (client) who has come to the practitioner to talk about their emotions and situation. The practitioner has to explain to the client the Bach flower remedy system, to guide the client about the selection of the flowers and help to develop the client’s confidence in using the remedies so that eventually they are able to choose their own remedies without the guidance of a practitioner.

  • Am I going to change my personality if I take Bach flower remedies?

No, that is not possible; the flowers will help you regularize your emotions but they do not change your personality

  • Are the Bach Flower Remedies addictive remedies?

No, they are not. Bach Flower Remedies are absolutely natural non-toxic remedies; they can be taken by children, pregnant women, etc.

  • Can you take the remedies in tea, coffee and so on?

You can put the remedies in tea, coffee, fizzy drinks etc., and in this respect they are not like homoeopathic remedies.

  • I have heard that if you take a remedy for too long you will experience the negative state of that remedy.

This is not true. The remedies are entirely positive and cannot under any circumstances cause the negative state to appear.

  • When does one stop taking the remedies?

When the problem that is being treated has gone. There is no need to continue taking them in case it comes back and of course no need to wean oneself off the remedies gradually, as you have to do with drugs like steroids and beta-blockers. Nor do you need to take a complete course of doses over a specific number of days, as you do with antibiotics.

  • How should I take the Bach Flower Remedies?

You must take 4 drops from the remedy bottle 4 times daily. If you take more than that dose, nothing will happen but if you take less, the remedies will not do their effect.
